- 2. Find "License.dat" file in Windows directory (normally, it is "C:\Program Files\IObit\Advanced SystemCare 3"), then delete this file.
- 3. Re-install the latest Advanced SystemCare 3 edition from below links.

How to renew my license code with different quantity?
Yes. Our renewal database does not support quantity change when renewing license code. If you need to change it, please purchase new license code with your desired quantity.

Why I didn't receive the license code ?
- The possible reasons might be:
- 1. Due to your email setting, the letter with license code went to Spam directly. Please check the folder there.
- 2. You provided invalid email address when you ordered the software.
- 3. Your email service provider rejects emails from unknown senders.

The paid user needs to enter the license information to register the program. So please do as follows:
1. Please download the latest Advanced SystemCare 3 and install it.
2. Open Advanced SystemCare 3, click "Upgrade" button at the left bottom, and click "Enter License Now" to enter your registration information.

License code is invalid?
If you experience problems when activating your license code of Advanced SystemCare 3 PRO, please make sure you have entered the right "Account Name" (Find it in the license email sent to you. Normally, it is your email address to purchase the license. If you used TrialPay, it is a fixed string, like "sdfafad") and "License code". Once more, you’d better COPY and PASTE your license details into the software as typing often leads to mistakes.

What’s the difference between Free and Professional versions?
The Free version does not have Automatic and Scheduled functions but still does a lot of stuff manually.

How do I register IObit Security 360 PRO version?
Firstly, please download the latest IObit Security 360 edition and install it. Secondly, open IObit Security 360, click "Upgrade" button at the top, and then enter your registration information.

How do I uninstall your program in order to install the new version?
- You don't need to uninstall an older version before installing a newer one. You can simply install the new version on top of the older one. However, if you want to uninstall the previous version, you can go through below steps:
- Click the “Start” button, click “Programs”, find “IObit Security 360” and click it, then click Uninstall IObit Security 360. When you are prompted to confirm the removal of the program, click “Yes”.

How to add the items I wish to keep to the ignore list?
If you want to keep some items, such as cookies, in the scan result, you can just Right click the item you wish to keep and then select Add to Ignore. Those items will not be scanned any more.
And you can also delete the ignored items by going through the below:
Click Setting on top right of IObit Security 360-> click Ignore->select the item(s) you want to delete-> click Delete.

Frozen during scan?
The IObit Security 360 scan may freeze due to the file or the entry currently being scanned corrupts or is locked by another application. Try performing the scan in Safe Mode with Networking, this should ensure no other applications are running.
