IObit shipping policy includes two categories: Electronic Software Delivery and Physical Backup CD Delivery.
Shipping and Delivery Time
IObit product is sold online. By default, purchased product will be sent to the customer via email or displayed on the webpage within one hour after customer finished the order. However, sometimes the arrival of the registration email can be delayed, due to delays caused by Internet or system glitches, email spam settings, email typo, etc. In this case, customer should make sure that the information, especially the email, provided is 100% correct and customer may need to check the Spam / Trash / Junk Folders to get the email.
The delivered information will include a digital download link for the product and a license code that enable you to activate the purchased program to professional version.
Handle Delivery Failure
If customer doesn't receive these information within one hour, customer may visit the IObit Lost Code page to retrieve it, which should send your code immediately. Or contact customer service via Online Feedback. IObit Customer Representative will reply to you within 24-48 hours. But if the delivery failure caused by incorrect information provided by the customer, customers themselves should bear the loss. However, IObit Support Team will try all possible methods to help the customer find the order and deliver it to the correct address.
When customer purchase IObit product online, customer may also have the option to purchase a physical backup disk for the product at an extra cost. If, for any reason, customer needs to reinstall the purchased software, they can use the physical backup CD.
The payment platform ships the Backup CD by mail. The price for the Backup CD orders includes shipping & handling fare.
Shipping takes 7 to 10 business days, but please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery in the eventuality of unforeseen circumstances in production and shipping.
The Backup CD relies upon the services of third party couriers for shipping, and whilst we endeavor to 'keep our word' there may unfortunately be a few occasions when the couriers fail to perform the service that they are required to. This happens rarely, but we cannot be held responsible for the late delivery of an item.
If the Backup CD does not arrive when you expect it then please don't hesitate to contact us via Online Feedback. If the Backup CD are damaged upon receipt please contact us within 3 days upon received.
The Backup CD fees are not refundable and are not included in any refund policy.
Handle incorrect information
The platform cannot change the customer shipping information after an order has been processed. If the buyer has entered the incorrect information, please contact customer service via Online Feedback and we will contact our payment platform to update the shipping information if possible. But if we failed to update, customer themselves should take the lost caused by the incorrect information provided.
