1) Tick the option “I agree to the privacy statement” after reading the privacy statement and then click Get Started to start creating your face model.

There are two methods to add a file / folder into the ignore list.
1. After a scan is finished, please right click on the item and choose Add to Ignore List.
2. Click the Options button and then choose Settings… to open the settings window. In the pop-up window, choose Ignore List, click Add a file / Add a folder, and then follow the steps to add a file / folder into the ignore list.
Please note that all the items in the ignore list will be skipped in real-time protection and when you perform a scan.
In case of any false positives, all the threats found out by Advanced SystemCare Ultimate will be removed to the Quarantine when the option Quarantine threats when removing them is ticked. When there is a false positive, you can easily restore the quarantined file from the Quarantine List to its original location. You can also delete the infected file permanently from the computer by clicking Delete if it is not a false positive.

There are two reasons for it.
One is that there is not enough continuous free space in your disk to replace the files during the defragment process. You can move some large files to another disk, and then try to defrag the selected disk again.
