- Affiliates shall not use ad words which includes IObit's trademarked company name "IObit" in any search engine advertising (like Google, Yahoo!, Bing, ASK, etc.), in the promotion of your website(s) or use any variation, misspelling, etc. unless authorized.

- Affiliates shall not use ad words which includes IObit's software names (for example, including but not limited to "Advanced SystemCare", "System Care", "Game Booster", "Smart Defrag", "Security 360", etc.) or other IObit's trade marks or copyrighted material in any search engine advertising (like Google, Yahoo!, Bing, ASK, etc.), in the promotion of your website(s) or use any variation, misspelling, etc. unless authorized.

- Affiliates shall not use corporate-owned urls ( http://www.iobit.com, etc.) in display urls or any variation, misspelling, etc.

- Affiliates shall not use ad copy that represents the ad as the corporate ad or official site.

- Affiliate shall not use any coupon code or any other discount promotion unless authorized.

- Affiliate shall not use the coupon code set by the corporate unless authorized.

- Please mind that affiliates found in violation of these policies will be subject to corrective action up to and including affiliate program deactivation.
