Misleading:The program reports false or exaggerated system security threats on the computer.The user is then prompted to pay for a full license of the application in order to remove the threats. SystemCop is a fake security application which pretends to be a reputable and legitimate anti-spyware. SystemCop will create numerous files in the computer's system right after being installed. These files are all harmless, but will be classified as infections when SystemCop scans your computer to match the result displayed in the scan results. This rogue, just like all other rogue scams, is not capable of fixing the threats until you buy its commercial version. However, even its commercial version is not able to remove any real threats or increase the protection of your computer. In fact, this is only its promoting tactic to scam you out of your money. What is more, this malware should be blamed for system damage and personal information theft. Remove SystemCop immediately upon detection, using reputable anti-spyware software. |
