Adware:Adware (or spyware) is a small program that is designed to show advertisements (in various form and degrees of intrusiveness) on your computer. It often reports personal information back to its owners. As a result your sense of privacy can be violated. BioNet is a Trojan that provides an unauthorized user with remote control over your system, making it possible to silently upload and download various files onto your PC. BioNet may capture your usernames and passwords by taking screen shots of your computer activity, recording keystrokes you make, and spying on your instant messages. BioNet also uses Denial of Service attacks to disable networks, and may change your Internet Browser settings and generate pop-up advertisements. |
