How to remove ActiveSecurity (pop up)

When the program is executed, it creates the following files and directories
c:\Program Files\Active Security
c:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu\Programs\Active Security
c:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu\Programs\Active Security\Active Security

It also creats the following registry information
